I had waffles for the first time. It's delicious because it's warmed up.

There are many orders left out. I asked for it without whipped cream, but it didn't come through, and when I told the staff at the pick-up desk that I would like it without whipped cream, I was treated in a completely different way than the person in front of me, and was extremely rude and cold. Even though my friend who was with me ordered his coffee with light ice, he was given it without ice, and even though he had ordered a dine-in sandwich, he was given a take-out without asking anything, and it was given to him without being heated.

When ordering using mobile ordering, the name cannot be seen inside. How about pointing your name at the person who ordered it? I don't think it's pleasant to see someone else twirling the product you ordered.
